Perfect Interview™ is the leading supplier of web based interactive interviewing solutions for higher education, corporate employers, non profit organizations, and individual job seekers. We currently have an installed base of over 250 colleges and universities reaching more than 2 million users in the US and Canada. Our users are overwhelmingly enthusiastic about our products, and our company has recently been cited as a “textbook case” of an innovative virtual interview solution.*


Our Mission


We are dedicated to providing effective interviewing solutions of the highest quality to the broadest range of users, including career professionals, corporate employers and individual job seekers. We meet this goal by delivering superior products and service offered at a reasonable cost.


The Company


Perfect Interview LLC is a limited liability company registered in the state of New Jersey. Our offices are located in Hackettstown, NJ. The entire Perfect Interview™ product, including the software, media, and packaging, is manufactured in the United States. Our service, support and fulfillment departments are also located in the US. Our Products


We offer a family of interactive multimedia interviewing solutions for education, business, non profit organizations, and individual job seekers. The software is based upon an automated outplacement system that our parent company, Contexxa Corporation, developed for the Department of the Army during 1995-2001. That system, which is known as “ACAP XXI”, is currently in use at Army career transition centers throughout the world. To date, over 50,000 US Army service members and their families have successfully used the ACAP XXI system.


The consumer version of Perfect Interview™ was released in July, 2003. The product has been revised and enhanced several times since the first release. When we decided to offer Perfect Interview™ to the general public, our product development team worked with leading HR experts, corporate employers, and career counselors to completely re-write all of the content. The revised content, which includes over 1,500 interview questions, answers, and hints was then produced on broadcast quality video using professional actors. We periodically update the content of Perfect Interview™ to insure that our product reflects the latest trends in the employment market.

The Management


John Porter, Perfect Interview LLC’s founder and CEO, has over two decades of experience in designing and developing interactive recruiting, training, and reporting systems for Fortune 1000 companies and the United States Government. Prior to founding Perfect Interview LLC, Mr. Porter has served as a computer based training and e-learning strategist and consultant to Fortune 1000 corporations and the US government, primarily in the educational, telecommunications, and financial industries. Mr. Porter received a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Fine Arts from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.
