How It Works
Using Interview Connect is as easy as one, two, three! All you need to do is:
- Create the interview
- Invite candidates to take it
- Review the results
Create the Interview
Creating an interview with Interview Connect is a straightforward process. You can choose to create a text interview (just type in your questions) or a video interview (use a webcam to record your questions.) Create your own questions "from scratch" or pick them from our pre-recorded media library. When you're done, simply give the interview a name and you're ready to go.
Invite Candidates to Take It
You can invite a candidate to take your interview from anywhere in the world. All you need is their email address. Interview Connect will automatically send the invitation along with detailed instructions telling the candidate exactly what to do. The candidate can take the interview at any time with a compatible PC, Mac, or tablet computer.
Review the Results
Once the candidate has completed the interview, it's instantly available for your review. You'll receive a notification that the interview is ready, and one click will take you to it from your desktop, notebook, or mobile device. You can review the interview at anytime, studying every nuance of the candidate's response to your questions. And, you can share it, along with your comments, with your colleagues and anyone else who is involved in the hiring process.
